This is a Riling #759, pictured on page 340. It has the Eagle showing the telescope and pistol in its talons. It is probably Birmingham made flask, it is of pretty good quality, per Riling Book. the spout is missing. If you have a poor flask this is for you. the seams are tight and there are no serious dents on this flask. It just needs the spout.
